Full-spectrum R&D leadership - from initial concept to deployed product. I bridge hardware/software development with hands-on expertise in every phase, while mobilizing teams to solve complex product challenges. My toolkit spans both technical execution and strategic decision-making.

A collaborative research journey across distance - working remotely with great minds, exchanging ideas regularly, occasionally meeting in person to build something meaningful. And perhaps, turning that into a PhD pursuit.

What is your goal?

My goal is to participate in building a system that parameterizes tourists' behavior in human-scale space: perception, design and construction. Meanwhile doing something interesting and travel around the world.
量化与游客行为有关的各个部分：感知、设计与构造。同时到处走走，做点好玩的。

What are you doing right now?
你现在在做什么？

Working on auto-driving and robotic arm projects — focusing on computer vision algorithms, control systems, and human-robot interaction modules.

How did you do so many projects, products, and even research? Through time management?
你是怎么做了这么多项目、产品以及研发的？通过高超的时间管理么？

There was a time when life became so hard... but curiosity and necessity kept me moving.
人生毕竟还是比较艰难的。

Are your works original? I've seen similar ones.

All hardware works are original. For software, I build upon open-source packages and use AI tools to assist with coding, making it hard to define as purely original.
Regarding similar works, as a designer, I strongly support originality and oppose plagiarism.
However, I've faced frustrating situations: 1. Products I independently designed, developed, and deployed were claimed by other teams in the company as their own work, even erasing my name, e.g., Mechanical Flower; 2. Products I led in developing were directly copied by competitors in the same industry, e.g., the 2nd gen Touch Lamp; 3. After developing a prototype, clients took it directly to other suppliers for mass production; 4. Clients or superiors directly asked us to create similar products.
In the outdoor interaction field, safe and stable solutions are limited, leading to devices like interactive installations, lights, and screens looking very similar. Any attractive outdoor device is inevitably replicated by other manufacturers.
This is why I eventually joined the algorithm department to work on autonomous driving—it allows me to continue exploring outdoor human-robot interaction while minimizing plagiarism risks. It's also why I'm seeking alternative paths through academic collaboration.
