This project took about two months from initiation to implementation. The screen was provided by the outdoor LED screen supplier and cost 550,000 RMB. As a product manager and technical leader, I designated control and communication equipment and contacted various suppliers to ensure the completion time.
Some technical details you might be interested in: 1. The corner part of the screen is composed of seven flat modules, and the whole resolution of the screen is 4096x1024 px. 2. We use the left and right sound channels to separate speakers facing different directions. 3. The video and audio server is located in the nearby control room and is connected to the screen via a 4k video optical transceiver. 4. The power of the screen is about 5kw.
